This has been the most helpful tool for lymphatic drainage. I recommend this one over others because of the size. You can do everything you need to on it.

I absolutely love my Rumble Expro 4D rotation plate. It’s been a game-changer for me! I actually look forward to using it and feel so proud of myself, even when the workouts push me. Plus, the lymphatic drainage has been a lifesaver during my weight loss journey and in managing my chronic pain and fatigue.
Over the years, I can’t even count how much I’ve spent on fitness machines that just ended up gathering dust. Honestly, I’ve never been big on exercising—it always felt like a chore, and I’d beat myself up if I didn’t hit certain calorie goals or couldn’t keep up. But this? Totally different. For the first time, I feel like I’m succeeding and actually enjoying the journey.

Makes me more lively and lighter

After two days, being on a 3 sessions (10 minutes per session) my muscles loosen up a bit and muscle pains lessen. Walked a little lighter than before. I know my muscle are lumped and haven’t been doing anything except for occasional movements of everyday. No work outs so I guess this machine will make me more active toning my muscles using the accessories it came with.
