I am using the Rumblex at least once per day and am working on 2-3 times per day. I'm up to 6 min. at a time and have been trying different levels. I love that you have lots of videos. I'm looking forward to trying out more as I learn more.

Tried for the first time

I just received my replacement Rumblex 4D Pro vibration plate because the first one was damaged in shipping. The replacement process was easy and fast. I tried the vibration plate using all 3 modes on the lowest setting since I am new to this. It worked well and I plan to work my way up to harder settings and add using the accessories. This makes a nice addition to the other therapies I use such as Red Light therapy, rebounding, infrared sauna and PEMF mat.

I've just received this product and was asked to fill this out as part of filling out my warranty so I don't have a lot to report yet but so far it feels heavy and of high quality. I appreciate the wheels on the bottom to aid in moving it.

Different kind of workout!!

The device I purchased has three motors and is really heavy duty for someone as big as me. It comes different accessories which makes it more interactive, while you are on the vibration pad.
