Amazing way to meditate and recover

I’ve heard people tell me how good these products are so I splurged for a top model. I love it. I just finished my first session and my ankle issue and lower back feel great after a day of yard work.

Loving the Vibes

Purchased a vibration plate, then saw a video review of the Rumblex Pro and knew I didn’t do the best research. I was immediately convinced I had to have it! Pricier than what I had bought, but I could see why!! Better quality, more technology packed into the unit, e.g. more motors and movements. Then there’s all the stuff that comes with it: comfy exercise pad, straps, several resistant bands, wrist remote too! I have only begun to scratch the surface of what I can do with the 4D plate!
