I love the pre-program settings for a quick hop on and get time in to choosing my manual setting. I'm also really happy it accommodates larger sized people (not limited to under 200#).
After I've used my vibration plate my legs feel invigorated. It's great during the day after sitting at my desk and working.
I also like there are loads of YouTube videos and AMAZING support team! The support team has just been the best! Thank you!!
