I watched a ton of videos before deciding which vibration plate to purchase. This one was the most expensive but my partner and I felt to get the best experience and greatest effect we needed a quality machine. We have had this one for 3 days and have used it extensively each day. So far we are exceedingly pleased.
If we had one suggested or 'wish' it would be a quick start to our previous program and speed so we could just hit one button and jump on. I am giving it 4.5 starts only because of this one thing.
Also, it is heavy and large but I know that comes because of the quality.
