I love love love this plate. There are so many ways to use it from sitting down on the sofa and allowing it to massage your feet to sitting on it comfortably and allowing it to message your whole upper body. I literally can stand on it and it will vibrate everything from my legs to my whole face, lol it feels so good. Best Buy of the year!!

[Always consult with your own doctor for your specific condition(s) if you are considering using or purchasing any equipment for a medical condition.] It has been so useful for me that my doctor concurred with my purchasing this machine for home use so that I can help maintain my improvements.
