I love my Rublex Pro 4D vibration plate! It’s powerful, easy to use, and really helps with muscle soreness and circulation. I feel more energized and less stiff after using it regularly. Definitely worth it if you're looking to boost recovery or add something extra to your fitness routine!

Easy setup and a satisfying first try

The setup was easy. Fits perfectly in my small space. I have only used it for one 10 minute workout and one 3 minute lymph drainage session. So far so good! But it's too soon to leave a review on any long-term benefits.

The power and variability of this machine is impressive. My wife thinks that the hip she had replaced has improved somewhat due to the Rumblex.
