I have used this only 3 times - on highest level for vibration horizontal (up-down oscillation, side-to-side lateral movement and wave like pulsations. Usage on high setting of 50 or more, I can feel the difference in my body as positive. Will have more feedback after several months use and doctor visit. So far, I love it! MJ in Peoria IL

Just started using my new Rumblex Pro 4D Vibration Plate and it exceeds my expectations. It is solidly built, comes with great accessories for work outs, and is easy to use. I really like the three preset programs. Excited about including it into my daily work out routine. Have my parents using it as well for lymphatic stimulation.
