I am 88 and just retired from my Job. I have had my Life Pro for a week, and I love my new Life Pro. Am starting easy at 5 minutes standing and 5 min sitting. I am suprised at my loss of balance over time, because I thought I was in better shape. It gave me a wake up call. I keep my unit next to my desk and use it every day.

Just got last night & getting started today. I really can't review it at this time tho my 7 year old granddaughter loves it on P1 LOL! I will leave a review after I've had some time with it. I will say it seems to be a very high quality vibration plate. I considered the less expensive versions of LifePro as well as other brands of vibration plates. After researching and comparing, I finally decided it was time to invest in me for a change & this Rumblex Pro is an investment in my future health! I can barely walk with a cane, so we will see how it goes.

Good movement, lots of modes. Seems to be helping with some nerve/muscle tighness; will see how it plays out long term. Overall seems like a quality unit with lots of accessories/options.

I originally purchased this product for lymphatic drainage but the workout benefits are wonderful and I've adjusted my routine to get to spend more time on it, adapting workout I already do to be on the vibration plate instead!

Just opened it and searching for information and GUIDANCE. Pretty Hard to find help. Cannot register my email. Uses Facebook and no website help to be found. Sure hope this is not going to be a disappointment. Frustrating so far except for the set up video.
