Helps With Pain. Building Muscle.

I bought my Rumblex Pro 4D Vibration Plate hoping it would help with my chronic pain and stiffness from arthritis, back problems and fibromyalgia; help me build muscle and improve my balance. It has helped with pain issues. On days when I'm in a lot of pain and really stiff and sore, it helps loosen me up. It has helped me build some muscle. I'm not sure it's helped any with improving balance-maybe that takes longer? There are also some good workouts you can do on it. I love the preset programs. You do it for 10 minutes. You're done! It also came with a bunch of other things- resistance bands, workout bands, a remote control that straps to your wrist, a nice mat to put underneath, and it has wheels on one end to roll it when you move it. I'm so glad I got this!

I bought this machine to increase my bone density and noticed all of the other benefits.
My husband now uses it as mush as I do.
He loves it too. He has done some research on the benefits, and mentioned it to our chiropractor who also owns a gym.
