I received the product in good order and it was well packed. I am starting off at 5-10 minutes and building from there. I will have more to say after using for a month or so.

I had a stroke 50 years ago and have since walked on my foot crooked. 11 years ago I had foot surgery which helped, although everyday I have pain from walking. After using the 4D Lifepro Rumblex Max a few times, my leg and foot feel so much better, and I'm walking straighter. Woo hoo! I have time to improve my pain level, walk straighter, and improve my balance before old age comes knocking at my door. It's so important to have good balance when getting older to avoid falls. I'm looking forward to getting around better, maybe even dancing again! Thank you Lifepro!

Took a while to get used to

When I first got on this vibration plate, I didn't like it. I didn't know how to adjust the settings yet, so it felt really weak. I also expected it to be smaller, like half the size in all dimensions! It would be nice for it to be smaller, but then I wouldn't be able to sit on the plate without touching the controls. That is one thing I don't like about it, when I sit on it, sometimes my legs will brush the control panel very gently and usually turn it off. I prefer using the on-device panel to the watch, but I wish it was smaller or on the side, or maybe on the top but not in the middle.
I haven't used any of the workout devices that came with it, and I kind of wish those were additional add-ons that you could buy, as I don’t need them.
Another small complaint is how it shakes things in the room where I am using it. I know this is just physics, but I even put the included mat under the device and it still shakes things off of my desk when I use it at higher speeds (which I prefer).
