Rumblex Pro 4D Vibration Plate

Love this machine so far. Only had it a couple days, but it was easy to set up, and directions were easy to understand and get started.
I have only used it a couple days, but I can tell it is working as my muscles are slightly sore. I get on in the morning and evening before bed as I can already tell I am sleeping better.
I am 65, have had a constant ache in my left knee, and I can already tell the knee is not hurting as badly. Especially when I lay down at night in bed.

It definitely calmed my muscle aches and I got a good workout on it as well, although the resistance bands are too tall, as I’m only 4”10’

I've only used my Rumblex Pro a few times, so it's really too soon to comment on any results, but I do like the 4D vibration and the size of the vibration plate. It's a good quality product!!
