This plate is extremely soothing for helping/assisting with my mobility issues i highly recommend this product and register the product for the lifetime warranty is also highly recommended I just can't say enough about my overall happiness with the product and the price is worth the device

Great for circulation problems due to Lupus!

I was originally using a rebounder trampoline, but my Rheumatologist told me it was too harsh on my joints. The Rumblex is an awesome way to get things flowing with low impact!

I have high BP and this brings it down. Maybe it's relaxing or maybe the wiggling relaxed the arteries...I love it and use it often
