New to vibration plate

I am using the Rumblex at least once per day and am working on 2-3 times per day. I'm up to 6 min. at a time and have been trying different levels. I love that you have lots of videos. I'm looking forward to trying out more as I learn more.

Have used the Rumblex Plus for only a week, but am encouraged with the results. Hip pain is ever so slightly better at this time... and we haven't event gotten into the video workouts.
