Just got my new vibration plate from Lifepro and excited to get started especially with all the great accessories that came with the plate! I jist upgraded from a smaller plate and I definitely love the wider larger size of this plate. After using the vibration plate devices for just a few weeks I can 100% tell a difference on the tone and tightness of my legs and I have gotten numerous compliments from others that can see the difference!
