The waiver vibration plate is so easy to use and helps with recovery/lymphatic draining with just 10-15 minutes a day!

The only thing I wish was different, is that there was some more description around the walk jog run descriptors on the actual vibration plate.

The device is solid and feels secure when I stand on it. I have done some basic workouts and overall feel good when I have completed them. I look forward to improving my health with its use.
