It’s an easy set up right out the box. Different levels of vibrations to help ease into it which is light on bones and body. It has help me with recovery during postpartum and after the gym.

It is easy to operate and works well. The set up was easy and the packaging was well done. I like that it comes with a remote (batteries not included). I wish the cord was a little longer.
