remote doesn't work

I haven't been able to use it because the remote does not work. I have reached out twice regarding this matter and have not received a response. I sure would love to be able to use it.

Remote doesn't work

While I enjoy the product, the remote that you shipped with it does not work. Installed brand new batteries and the remote doesn't even turn the vibration plate on. The machine itself turns on manually and works great.
