I can’t believe it worked!

Just received it as a gift. I’ve used it 3 times & already notice a difference with my ankles. Usually my sock leave an imprint in my leg by the end of the workday - not anymore!

Great exercise from the comfort of my home. Easy to use and comes with bands and a rope to add intensity. And it’s small enough to store in a corner when I’m not using it.
