I’ve been wanting a vibration plate for a while now, and this one does not disappoint! My husband got it for my birthday and I’ve been using it the last week after hard workouts and I feel amazing after shaking it out. So much less sore than normal and just don’t have that heavy feeling. I love it!

I was recommended this by multiple people to help with circulation and joint pain. I’m hoping with long term use that I see relief in my lower body and I can eventually use it for workouts. I use it at my work desk and while I’m watching television. It feels like the start of healthier habits instead of sitting stagnant for hours.

We were gifted this vibration plate. Right out of the box it will not work. Just keeps beeping. Tried multiple things and nothing helped. Hoping LifePro helps us get it in working order so we can enjoy its benefits
