So far I absolutely LOVE this machine. I love that it comes with 4 resistant bands. Also the bands that attaches to the machine for your hands! It’s very very quiet which is a nice surprise. Also has suction cups on the bottom! Great job!

Just did my first workout and I’m already obsessed. The info says don’t use more than 20 min a day and I’m sad, I want to do it again right now!

Luckily, I did read instructions and was sitting down on a chair for the initial trial run. Set on P1, I pressed start. I may not be moving through the remaining power levels very quickly. This vibration plate has some kick even at the lower settings. Now to make good use of my investment to strengthen balance and overall health. ?

So far it's nice and relaxing. I've only used it on low for 3 days now. Hopefully I will notice what it's going to do for me as I use it daily. It arrived quickly and it's a nice machine.
