Have only used this a few times but it seems like a high quality product. Very impressed that the manufacturer feels confident enough to give a lifetime warranty. Very unusual these days!

I've been using this for only a few weeks now, but the difference in how I feel is amazing.
Sometimes I just stand and let myself relax, other times I will incorporate various movement exercises such as steps, walking in place, arm movements, etc...
I'm seriously considering getting an Infinity H o o p to combine the effects.
If you're on the fence about buying a lifepro vibration plate, just do it. Buy it! You won't regret it.

I’ve used my life pro vibration plate for a week and I love it! The swelling in my hands and feet are less when I wake up in the morning. Hopefully more good results soon.
