Have had the motion plate for about a week now. I suffer from Naropathy RA and osteoarthritis in my knees. Have used the plate every other day so far, no irritation to my issues

The waver has done wonders for my core strength & balance. I can relax and sleep better at night because of it. I have two friends the purchased their own once they tried mine. Best investment in years. Can’t live without it. And at 69 years old, this is a game changer for the way I feel.

I have one at home and just purchased this one for work.
I enjoy them. They're reasonably quiet and easy to move around.
They definitely make me feel better and I need something to help with my sedentary job.
