I bought a vibration plate before (different brand) and it literally stopped working after a week. This life pro one looks like it is going to last a while :-) quality product.

LifePro Waver Vibration Plate

I absolutely love this product! I have balance issues and even though I have only had the Waver a short while, I feel like it is helping a lot. Time will tell and I'll come back again to update how it is going. We use it on carpet, so one of the great features is the wheel. It helps move it without having to pick it up. I've seen videos where folks don't use the Programs. I've used two so far and really like them. I would recommend standing in the middle the first couple of times because you do have to get used to it. Great product! Don't forget to register your products.

I love my Waver Vibration plate! I decided to use wellness points from work to purchase my plate after a recommendation from a friend! I have noticed an increase in energy and body toning since starting it! I keep it at my work desk and it's so easy to use. I think everyone should have one :)
