I'm excited to have begun using this vibration exercise. I have poor circulation and need to lose weight too so hoping this really does help with both.

I had a few medical issues that prevented me from using this the minute I received it. I was SO excited when I was able to finally start. It's super easy to use and so far, I feel great after using it. It has help reduce inflammation in my joints, and I am far more flexible. Very much looking forward to results of continued use.
