I was definitely surprised that my body felt like it was getting a workout. My legs are still tingly from the 15 minute walk session on level 1. It’s a pleasant feeling. I have varicose veins and constantly have fluid pooling in my legs. I can’t wait to see what this does for me.

Use a vibration plate at the clinic I go to. Heard good things from a friend who has a LifePro vibration plate. So we bought one. So far so good!

I received it today. Heavier then I expected i have use it twice already today. I feel the difference. I had hip surgery about two years ago and today after using it was the first time I was not sore. I am excited to see how much I improve.

Stopped working in less than 1 month.

We went on a vacation for 2 months and when we got back, our LifePro plate isn’t working. I see a red light when I switched the power button on but it’s not moving or working at all.
