Helps balance and neuropathy

This waver machine has helped my balance because it strengthens my legs, and core. It helps my upper body be strong because I need to use my arms to pull myself up the stairs, and get up off of the floor. It also helps with my neuropathy in my lower legs and feet.

I have the lifepro waver vibration plate and I can’t say enough great things about it. I have used it daily since it arrived. Easy to set up and easy to use. I 10/10 recommend this product.
