I am so pleased with my Waver. I am 78 years old. I do not like to exercise and wanted something to help me move more. I am enjoying the unit so much. I just feel like I have more energy. Thank you for a great product. My PT recommended this brand.

Felt a workout in one use!

I just broke my Waver vibration plate out of the package and used it 5 min to start out slow, as recommended. My hips felt sore as they would after a 45 min brisk walk and I was on level 1!
I will update as i got this for lymphatic flow and circulation. We shall see what all changes!

Love it!! After sleeping and waking up with a sore neck and back, it helps loosen things up in the morning. Also feels good knowing that it's good for my lymphatic system.
