A speed for every thing…

I decided to buy when I read about all the good it could do. I am hoping it will help me out with decreasing the acceleration of my osteoporosis, decreasing fluid retention via lymphatic drainage, and increasing muscle tone and balance as I increase my workouts with it. I already know it makes me (and my husband— we are 58 and 68 years old) sleep better after a good full-body jiggle that works out muscle tightness and twitchiness from the day. It’s sturdy and I appreciate the warranty just in case. I’m sold.

Sturdy and strong vibration

I have only used the vibration plate a few days and it's easy to use. I can't tell if it's doing any good for my health. It says it will fit under the sofa but mine doesn't. It's 8-10 inches high.
