I've only had my plate for a few days now, so I'm taking it slow, but so far so good. I have a bad back but I had read a review from a customer, stating that it helped thier back, so I'm really hoping it helps mine as well!!

I’m enjoying my morning routine using the vibration plate and working out using the plate feels like I’m working out to failure but like I said it’s too soon to tell as far as muscle gains from only 2-3 workouts.
