I just received my LifePro Waver Vibration Plate and started out with the sitting and walking levels to familiarize myself to the unit. I strongly recommend that the contraindication warnings are realized before purchasing or using the unit. Whole-body vibration plate training primarily increases circulation, strengthens muscles, and improves balance by causing rapid, reflexive muscle contractions as you attempt to stabilize on the platform. Research indicates these devices can also support bone density, particularly in older adults or those with osteoporosis, and may aid muscle recovery by reducing soreness and inflammation after exercise.

Lots of speed settings for walking/ jogging/ running.
I got it up to 40 in a squat position and the sweat i started getting ws incredible!
I can't wait to add this to my daily routine.

the "upload receipt"would not receive the receipt- this was a replacement for the
defective vibration plate. You have the receipt from previous registration.
