Just bought it but I set it up and I started sitting and putting my feet on it. I feel like it is helping with my circulation and look forward to using it for my bones and Weightloss !

Just started using the Lifepro Waver vibration plate and honestly I’m really liking it so far. It feels great after workouts and even just standing on it for a few minutes makes my legs feel less stiff and heavy. I mainly got it for circulation, recovery, and lymphatic support, and it’s been a really nice addition to my routine already. Excited to keep using it consistently!
