64 yrs. Male! Love the Waver Vibration Plate, awesome way of keeping the body in motion. Great workout in home while watching TV or just having the time on my own schedule. Love the different levels, all the outdoor running, walking, or jogging in home. Thumbs Up!

The Waver delivers great vibration and movement, even better than the Total body machine at Planet Fitness.
My only disappointment with it, are the resistance straps that hook onto the waver. They offer little to no resistance! And they are too long.

The Waver provides more vibration and movement than the Total Body machine at Planet Fitness. Pretty impressive.
My only disappointment with it is the resistance straps that hook to the waver. They offer little to no resistance! And they are too long.
