I ordered this product to have at home after my son suggested using his for my swollen feet and ankles. The next morning I could see my ankles. I’m looking forward to using this every chance I get.

This is my first time trying the vibration plate and so far it's amazing. Definitely need to build up to standing up and using it for workouts but love this

So far so good! We purchased this primarily for our daughter who has special needs including low tone, poor balance and sensory issues. Her physical therapist recommended a vibration plate and we are loving the range of options on this. It's especially great for her as she is apprehensive about getting on the one at therapy where the lowest setting is still very high. She is much more comfortable trying at home in general, and this one starts very very low but goes all the way up to a high speed with much more sensory output. I can imagine we will be using this for many reasons for a long time, and I'm sure the rest of the family will get some use out of it too.
