I have been using this almost every day since I received it and I am thrilled. It has helped with swelling in my lower extremities already and the various settings make different workouts enjoyable. I know there are more expensive vibration plate machines out there but this is an incredible product for the cost.

Excited to discover the new me

After researching the hype about vibration plates, I discovered enough to peak my interest and give it a try.
I find myself not making it to the gym as one should. Having the vibration plate at home with easy access will be much easier. I am looking forward to increasing my flexibility, energy and strength, among other benefits that the vibration plate gives.
Ordering was easy. It was even delivered early. Setup was a snap. Instructions to get start were simple to follow. The demonstration poster is an added bonus to give ideas on what to do.
I am excited to see where this takes me and my health.

Excited for a better me

After researching the hype on vibration plates, I decided to give the Lifepro Waver a try. I know that I should go to the gym, but something always seems to get in the way. The vibration plate is step one for me to get started. I really like that there is a chart to help me discover the different ways to use it and increase my flexibility, energy and more.
It arrived early and was very easy to set up and start using. I'm excited to see where this takes me.
