Received this as a gift and it is definitely a heavy duty nice sized plate. Wheels on one side make it easy to move. Impressed so far.

I saw this advertised and read about it, skeptical about the whole idea. But, a coworker said she bought one for her health journey and she felt like she could tell a difference after a few days. She stated her legs felt better and that her pants were looser in the thigh area. She said an added bonus was her child who has sensory issues had asked to use it and had done so daily since the purchase. I decided that it was worth the chance to see if it would help with the swelling in my legs and other weight-loss needs. I've been using for a week and feel like I fall to sleep easier and my legs don't hurt as much when standing/walking for extended periods of time. I've not tried the bands, but intend to do so in the next week.

So far so good I have a knee injury and decided to try the Waver and I’m loving it. I didn’t feel any additional pain in my knee and I feel like I got a complete workout.
