Hope for my aging bones

So far so good I love it. It does help with the circulation in the stiff mornings when you wake up it’s depressing cause you take all the calcium the D3 K2, etc. and they still tell you you have osteoporosis so I’m trying this and will continue my holistic approach.

Used a few times so far and was a little intimated at first but quickly getting the hang of it! Perfect for that after-meal "walk" that all the longevity experts recommend. Looking forward to the lymphatic benefits as well.
