I just received my Waver Vibration Plate, and I completed my very first 15 minute seated session. It felt great! I’m excited to begin using it every day to help increase circulation, tone my muscles, and increase my balance and core strength. As I approach my 57th birthday, I realize that building and keeping my core strength is one of the extremely important things to aspire to as I grow older.

Really too early for me to rate. I just got it two days ago, but I have heard from others with MS that this machine is really good for balance and spasticity. I’m looking forward to using it more.

It is easy to operate and works well. The set up was easy and the packaging was well done. I like that it comes with a remote (batteries not included). I wish the cord was a little longer.
