At first it was a little weird but then it was really cool. The plate itself is so quiet and I am really looking forward to using this daily. I was on the fence about purchasing one but so glad I did. I actually was able to get my husband to try it out and he said he will probably do it as well.

I've only had my Waver for a couple of weeks, and I've been following the recommendation to start gently. Even if I never use it for anything more than the 10- to 15-minute low-vibration sessions I'm currently doing to help relieve tension at end of the day, it will have been worth the investment.

I passed my original plate to my mom for her neuropathy and she loved it so much she gifted me a new waver plate. Excited to have one back in my home for daily use!
