Remote won't work

I love the waver vibration, but the remote doesn't work.It makes it very annoying to have to get off to change programs,speed,etc. I have notice in reviews this is a common problem. Please send a new one!

I had a difficult time contacting you ….phone email etc Had to have a friend help with the upload. I did wait a bit to be sure my spine could handle it but now I love it! Thanks!
