I enjoy using the waver. I have chronic leg pain and the pain feels lighter after and I feel more awake.

I just recieved my Waver and I can feel my body draining the negative energy. I sit on the plate while using the plate. Total relaxation. I recommend everyone invest in a Life Pro plate.

My wife bought me the Waver vibration plate for my birthday because I’ve been eyeing vibration plates for a while. This company seems pretty cool so I can’t wait to check out all their videos and try it more. I think it’s gonna help me with my mountain biking tremendously! it will help me stand in the attack position better and also engage my upper body into a dynamic way.
I also have a metal hip from bad mountain biking crash. The muscles and tendons have always felt a little off. I feel like this machine is engaging a lot of those muscles that I haven’t been able to quite hit, in a long time!

Just got it and so far no benefits seen but it’s fun! The cord doesn’t want to stay plugged in though
