Just received my waver vibration plate. Came quick and looking forward to testing this out. It comes packaged and incased in styrofoam inside the brand’s box. Looking forward to updating review once I’ve been able to try it out for some time.

I have had my eye on this product for awhile and since it was on sale recently I grabbed it! I wanted it to help with hubby’s back and knee pains, calming daughter with ADHD, and to help me with exercise and low back pains….. only used once but I’m happy I purchased it. Can’t wait to see all the benefits

So far I really like it even though I get a tad bit motion sickness it has gotten better within the 2nd day. I’m sure I will over come it. Otherwise it feels good and love the work out.
