I just started using the Waver Vibration Plate. I like it but I'm not comfortable with settings higher than 25 because the vibration gives me a headache. Is this normal?

I just took my vibration plate out of the box and it is great quality it came quickly and I love that it has a lifetime warranty after I use it I will submit another review
