Just got it, but used it for a little while to sit down mode. The beginning mode really liked the feeling looks to be high-quality. Great price. Definitely recommend this product.

Love My Vibration Plate

I am thrilled to have my own Vibration Plate. I use it several times a week; doing planks, sit ups, squats, bridging etc. It is super sturdy and easy to use.

Haven't used it enough to give an honest review about the effects, but it looks the same as what I ordered, it came with all the accessories, and it works. Guess we'll find out about the effects!
