Really excited to start my journey with this product. One flaw I see is the remote is not that great and will probably need to be replaced as the battery placement is off, but so far so good.

Loving my new vibration plate. It’s my first one. Been on it pretty consistently 15 minutes every day. I feel the benefits.
I’m not thrilled with the plug into the machine. It’s not 100% tight. But it does what it needs to do with a little push.

Perfect Solution

I am a 67 year old female with mobility issues due to bad knees. My surgeon would not perform knee replacement until I lost weight. Despite taking a glp1 I was not losing weight. I was told to exercise, but because of my knees I was limited to only an upper body workout. This vibration plate has been my solution to assist my lower body. I am already walking better and longer. The swelling in my feet, ankles and calves is gone!! It has been a Godsend!
