I am a senior citizen and hoped to use the vibration plate to keep my muscles limber and my blood circulating. The vibration was too stressful on my joints. Might be good for younger people, but not for me.

LOVE MY WAVER VIBRATION PLATE!

I love my new Waver Vibration Plate. I have been telling my family and friends about it and encouraging them to come over and try it or just go ahead and buy it. My circulation in my legs has increased & I am working on my balance using it.
I am in my 70's and this activity is really helping me with health issues.
