Just received my Waver vibration plate so I’ve only used it a couple times but, so far, so good. It adds a completely unique element to my workouts and I look forward to seeing everything I can do with it.

I was not sure this was going to work, but I was so wrong! I use this machine every day, and if I don’t have that much energy, I just put some tv on and do 20 minutes. This thing is amazing!
