I have not tried it yet, but I’ve used this same brand and model at my physical therapy. Once I found out how many things I could use it for, I decided to get one for myself. I’m recovering from spinal cord surgery so for now it’s for my lymphatic system/reducing edema. Though I look forward to using it to regain all muscle/strength I have lost. I will gladly give an updated review once I’ve had a chance to use it. So my rating is based on using it at PT, if I got what I expected (which I did and more..the exercise guide plus the internet extras), and the quality of the product upon unboxing.

I’ve yet to try it but it sure feels sturdy and it came with nice little add-ons like mini and resistance bands

I use my vibrational plate whenever I’m home and I really like it. I feel like it helps strengthen my knees and I really like following the classes online that also insists to drink water so I really like my H2O. Thanks again.
