Vest thing I bought easy to use and so many exercises you can do on this plate. Makes you feel so good after using. 15 minutes wide feet running love that part ❤️❤️

I use the Waver every day for 15 minutes. It's better than the ones at my gym. I've noticed improved balance, circulation and overall strength - I can highly recommend it.

Good but...

I use the platform for strength and stability training. But I really want more information on the different setting/programs. The platform markets lymphatic drainage, but there is nothing in the user manual on what the optimal setting might be. I would just love more information to utilize a great product to it's full potential

I purchase the vibration plate for my mom, who is in her 80s. First contact her cardiologist who gave ?, thought it would be great exercise for her. She loves it!
