Actually feels awesome, like waking up all your senses at once. I love the "alive" feeling after using. I will say, you're not gonna just hop on your 1st time & go the long haul. It takes time to work up your endurance. I love it & highly recommend this board

I have used it since mid January every morning. My issues are varicose veins, a hiatal hernia, osteoporosis. I am hoping they help all three but it is too soon to tell.

Great little machine

I have leg pain and swelling and this little machine helps really good with lymphatic drainage it's small and compact and movable and works just as good as the big machines if not better at the chiropractor's office.

Helps me alot with legs cramps and restless leg syndrome....and since weather is crappy right now and can't get out to walk...and it helps with sciatica as well! Love it!

After prolonged sitting for my job, this machine really helps improve blood circulation and drain lymph. Muscles feel relaxed.
