Senior powerlifter, could not recover from workouts. After the first use I was completely recovered for the next workout. Complete game changer for my training and I was a very skeptical buyer! 65, female heading to a powerlifting event next month!! #aintdeadyet!

I use this 3-4 times a week. I use the pre-programmed setting. I move my feet into different stances for different benefits.
My husband uses it sometimes but likes to sit to use it. He is big and tall and weighs too much to use it standing.

I've been using the Waver for about 10 days. I'm sure it will take longer for noticeable effects, but so far, I find it easy to use and I'm looking forward to trying some of the programmed sessions.
